There has been massive jubilation in Yenagoa, particularly at the Gabriel Okara’ s Cultural Center as Hon. Stanley Braboke for the second time emerged Commisioner Ministry of Trade & Investment, Bayelsa State.
There is currently an ongoing reception at the Gabriel Okara Cultural Center in Yenagoa as the Sagbama/Ekeremor local government areas commissioners combined to mark their reception at the renowned cultural center.
On entertainment, Ijaw music luminary, Alfred Izon-ebi, popularly known as Jking is thrilling audience in an uncommon manner as magnificent dance steps from the colourfully dressed Ijaw woman have thrown the arena into a different dimension as they could not control their happiness any longer.
However, when contacted Hon. Stanley Braboke on how he is feeling at the moment, the commisioner stated that he is thankful to the Lord Almighty for making him commisioner in the same ministry, Bayelsa State for the second time, stressing that he will forever be thankful to the Lord Almighty.
However, commisioner Braboke had particularly appreciated His Excellency, Sen. Douye Diri, Governor of Bayelsa State for finding him worthy out of the multitude to occupy such an important position, maintaining that he will never betray the confidence bestowed on him by the Governor and other stakeholders of the party in the state for appointing him.
Braboke asserted that he will not take his new office for granted as he will work collectively with others to ensure that he contributes his quota towards the growth and development of the state inline with the Governor’s agenda to drive the state to the promised land.
He said his note of appreciation will be incomplete without thanking the immediate past Governor of the State, His Excellency, Hon. Dickson Seriake for leaving behind lasting legacies and maintaining the dominance of the Peoples Democratic Party in the state.
Meanwhile, others have also been successfully sworn in as commissioners and portfolios assigned to them.
There is celebration at almost all parts of Yenagoa, the capital of Bayelsa State.
