…As president general vows to squarely address developmental challenges

Obotebe Community, traditional headquarters of the kingdom, also known as Umbi Kingdom in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State have elected new youth leadership to control and pilot the affairs of the youths for the next two years.
The newly elected Obotebe youth excos include Comr. Lewei Fredrick Golu, President, Kalaere Ebimene, vice president, Awolowo Ekankumor, secretary general, Afugar Abrahamm P.R.O/spokesman, Ebobrah Demezoukumo Taku, treasurer, Opuku Peter Kitua, assistant secretary as well as Ekpesebo John Siboke, provost/organising secretary.
However, Comr. Lewei Frederick Golu, president of the Obotebe youths in a chat with The Liberator Newspapers yesterday in Warri had appreciated all those who stood by him throughout his election held recently in the community.
The president also described his victory as a victory for all, adding that it is a win win situation, maintaining that he will ensure that everyone is carried along throughout his administration.
President Lewei had vowed that his administration will be very visible in the media space in agitating for an even development in the community, stressing that the tortures state of underdevelopment in Obotebe is of great concern to him, adding that he will work together with his exco members and the entire youths of the community in ensuring that the ugly narratives is changed for the benefit of all in the town.
Golu had particularly called on the Delta State Government, federal government, local government and government agencies to look into the plight of the Obotebe people with more political appointments and developmental projects.
