2019: CEPEJ Peace Walk Begins Today by 9am

– First 50 persons to get to the venue will be given 50 Polo – Mulade

The Center for Peace and Environmental Justice, CEPEJ, a Non Governmental Organization, NGO will in its bid to preach peace during the forthcoming general elections stage a peace walk in Warri today.

This was contained in a statement made available to newsmen in Warri yesterday by the founder and chairman of CEPEJ, Comr. Sheriff Mulade.

The Niger Delta renowned rights activist had also promised that the first 50 persons to get to the venue will 50 polo of the 2019 election peace walk.

The lives transforming activist had also invited members of the general public who believes in the ideology of peace to participate in the peace walk as security and other measures have been put in place.

According to him the dress code would be white top, stressing that the venue for the peace walk is the NNPC Junior staff club, Ugborikoko, Bendel Estate.

The statement reads bellow: “This is to specially invite and request your esteemed presence to join us for the PEACE WALK to promote peaceful coexistence of Nigeria beyond 2019.

“DRESS CODE:– WHITE TOP but first 50 PERSONS upon arrival have 2019 PEACE WALK-POLO

“The Center for Peace and Environment Justice CEPEJ, wish to specially request your esteemed presence to join us at the 2019 VIOLENCE FREE PEACE WALK to guarantee peace, protection of lives and property BEFORE, DURING and AFTER 2019 general elections.

“Date: Monday 11th, February 2019, ARRIVAL TIME: 8am prompt, Take-off Time- 9am prompt.
Take off Point: NNPC Junior staff Club, Bendel Estate, Effurun.”

Meanwhile, Comr. Sheriff had maintained that the terminating point of the peace walk is the Nigeria Police Area Command Office, Warri.
