2023: Burutu Group Appreciates PDP Delegates, Rejoice Over Pondi’s Victory
The Burutu for Pondi (BFP) group has congratulated Hon. Julius Pondi, member representing Burutu Federal Constituency in the house of representatives for clinching the House of reps PDP primary ticket ahead of the 2023 general elections.
The group had particularly appreciated the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) delegates and all those that worked behind the scene for the victory of Pondi.
The Burutu Community based group made the assertion in a statement jointly signed by Gen. Ebike Ekemieyefa, Engr. Aminu Suyei, Mr. Daniel Ekemieyefa as well as Mr. Gilbert Ekemieyefa, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide yesterday shortly after rejoicing with Pondi at his Warri residence.
The group had maintained that the overwhelming performance of Pondi in the house of representatives within the last years has been impressive and deserved to be returned for more progress, adding that the delegates have truly choosen wisely.
They continued that after keenly following the activities of Pondi over the years, as a legislator, he has done so well by facilitating infrastructural development across all wards in the Local Government, stressing that he is accessible and a voice to reckon with in the house of representatives.
However, they particularly commended Pondi for the multi million naira ultra modern town hall he built for Burutu Community, stressing that a glowing history has been made in the life of the community that will continue to stand the test of time.
Meanwhile, the group had stated that Burutu Federal Constituency is in a safe hand with Pondi, adding that let the progress continue in the constituency come 2023.
It would be recalled that the group had on May 4th appealed to the PDP delegates to vote pondi, stressing that they are happy as a group for the delegates to have listened to them.
