Frontline aspirant for the 2023 Governorship race in Delta State, Dr. Braduce Amakazi Angozi, popularly known as the political pope has stated that his dream for Delta  if elected as Governor of the state is something that will be enjoyed by all in the state. 

Dr. Braduce Amakazi Angozi made the remark recently via a chat with The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide, stressing that Delta State is one big family irrespective of tribe.

It would be recalled that Dr. Braduce is a former Chairman of Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State,  a former commissioner of Agriculture, Delta State and a former Governorship aspirant under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Delta State. 

Speaking further, the political pope asserted that if given the chance to rule Delta State as Governor come 2023, he has the blue print and the democratic credentials in consolidating on the huge success recorded by the Okowa’s administration, stressing that he will consolidate and improve on it.

Angozi noted that the strength of Delta State lies in her unity, adding that he is going to protect the continued unity of all tribes in the state, adding that he is going to build a new, better and stronger Delta that all will be proud of. 

According to him, he is in the Governorship race to ensure that if he is given the chance of becoming the Governor of Delta State, he will work hard to deliver uncommon leadership where Delta as a state will be positively transformed. 

However, Dr. Braduce had lauded His Excellency, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, Governor of Delta State on his progressive policies and developmental strides across the state so far, maintaining that Governor Okowa is truly master of the game and that he is proud of him for all that he has been doing in the state without discriminating anyone. 

Meanwhile, the Delta Governor hopeful had tasked Deltans never to renege in their support for Governor Okowa, noting that such is necessary for the Governor to finish strong.
