Warri South West Legislative Arm Congratulates Oborevwori As Delta Governor Elect

The Warri South West Legislative Arm In Delta State has congratulated Rt. Hon. Chief Sheriff Oborevwori, Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly on his victory as Governor Elect, Delta State.
This was contained in a statement jointly signed by the duo of Rt. Hon. Emiko Odin-Etuwewe, Leader of the House and Rt. Hon. Jonathan Saware, Deputy leader of the House, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide earlier today in Warri.
The duo had on behalf of all the councillors in Warri South West lauded Oborevwori on his victory, stressing that Deltans have demonstrated their love for him and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the state.
However, the statement had expressed optimism that Oborevwori as a tested and trusted leader in Delta State will no doubt bring his wealth of experience to Govern the state after his inauguration on May 29th 2023.
“On behalf of all councillors in the Warri South West Legislative Arm, we congratulate you on your victory as the Governor Elect of Delta State in the just concluded governorship elections held on Saturday 11th March 2023 under the platform of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
“Your victory is a victory for all Deltans irrespective of political affiliation as it shows that the hand of the Almighty God is truly on our dear state.
“Your emergence is a major pointer that politics today is tilting towards meritocracy and not the other way round. You contested the election against several qualified fellow sons of Delta State but God has chosen you to lead the state, this is your time.
We have no iota of doubt that you will deliver fully as usual” The statement added.
