The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide can report

In the statement signed by Amb. Comr. Mamamu Bene Youkore, President Niger Delta Youth Council on behalf of other members of the group in Warri yesterday had noted that the call for Emefiele’s resignation has become necessary and long overdue.

According to the group, Nigerians have suffered enough, stressing that the unavailability of the naira has brought about untold hardship to Nigerians, stressing that enough is enough.

Speaking further, the President of Niger Delta Youth Council, Amb. Mamamu Bene Youkore alleged that from all indications, it appears that the CBN Governor cannot set up measures to free Nigerians from the cash crunch that he has caused in the country.

The group maintained that before calling for Godwin Emefiele’s sack, they are advising him to honourably resign by himself for failing Nigerians.

However, Mamamu asserted that on a daily basis, Nigerians are facing more difficult times occasioned by the Naira scarcity.

Meanwhile, Bene said directing banks to open on Saturday and Sundays is not the way out, he continued that money should be released in large volumes to the banks for proper dispensing, adding that everything should go back to normal.

“Privileged individuals must not enjoy the massive sufferings of the common man due to the unfriendly policies they are implementing.

“The masses have suffered more than enough in Nigeria. Let everything go back to normal ” Bene stated.
