5th Coronation Anniversary: Chief Demebi Lauds Aketekpe’s Reign In Gbaramatu Kingdom

Chief Johnbull Izirimi Demebi, the Amadiwei of Oporoza community, headquarters of Gbaramatu Kingdom in Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta State has lauded His Royal Majesty, Oboro Gbaraun II, Aketekpe Agadagba (JP), the Pere of Gbaramatu Kingdom on his 5th Coronation Anniversary, describing his reign as fruitful. 

Chief Demebi issued the congratulatory message to newsmen in Warri recently, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspapers. 

The influential leader noted that he couldn’t have kept quiet without adding his voice to that of others in extolling the leadership qualities of his revered traditional ruler, Aketekpe in Gbaramatu  Kingdom, Ijaw nation and the Niger Delta region at large, stressing that Oboro Gbaraun II  have distinguished himself among his equals.

Chief Izirimi  had particularly praised the traditional ruler for his peaceful reign, noting that his ascension to the highest traditional throne of Gbaramatu Kingdom is historic and memorable, maintaining that his achievements within the last 5 years are remarkably incredible.

The Amadiwei of Oporoza community Delta State has appealed to His Royal Majesty and the entire people of Gbaramatu Kingdom to continue to sustain the peace that they have maintained over the years, adding that he will continue to partner with authorities in the Kingdom  to contribute his quota for its progress whenever the need arises. 

Meanwhile, Chief Demebi had prayed for God’s protection, guidance and long life for Aketekpe  to continue to rule the people of Gbaramatu  Kingdom to the promised land.
“My congratulatory message to our highly revered traditional ruler of Gbaramatu Kingdom will be incomplete without me congratulating all the new chiefs which include myself in the kingdom, I congratulate us all.

“I want to appreciate His Royal Majesty for conferring on me the chieftaincy title as the Amadiwei of Oporoza community, long may you reign our king”.
