A former Niger Delta Ex-agitator, self styled Gen. Freedom Adowei has concluded plans to empower student union bodies and Ijaw Youth Council Clan Structures across Delta State with provision of monthly stipends to the leaderships of the aforementioned well constituted groups.

This was made known to newsmen in Warri earlier today via a statement he personally signed and circulated to The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide.

Gen. Freedom Adowei, an advocate of good governance, a philanthropist noted that his decision to reach out to support the aforementioned groups was due to his quest to support education at any cost and for the betterment of Ijaw nation.

He continued that the quest in negotiating a better deal for Niger Deltans is one that every well meaning Ijaw sons and daughters must contribute his or her quota in its liberational journey.
