Youths under the aegis of Urhobo Youth Council (UYC) have hailed  PAP’s Interim Administrator, Col. Milland Dixon Dikio (rtd) on the appointment of Comr. Alfred Kemepado Nimizigha as Head of reintegration (HOR) in the Amnesty office.

This was contained in a statement personally signed by Comr. (Gen) Peter Kpate on behalf of Urhobo Youths Worldwide, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspapers yesterday.

The Ex-agitator had particularly described the appointment of Comr. Alfred Kemepado as news of the year, stressing that he is a tested and trusted leader and a perfect man for the job.

The Urhobo national youth leader, Gen. Kpate asserted that he is confident that Alfred Kemepado will bring in his wealth of experience to drive the programme to a more enviable height.

The statement reads in full below:

The leadership of Urhobo Youth Council (UYC) under the leadership of Comrd. (Gen) Peter Kpate congratulates Hon. Alfred Kemepado Nimizigha  on his new assignment as the HOR of the Amnesty program.

Indeed the Urhobo Nation is very much happy for your appointment and believing that you will attend to challenges bedeviling the agency.

It is worthy to note that since the inception of the Amnesty program the Urhobo Nation has been deprived of so many opportunities and we trust that with your emergence the Urhobo Nation will have a soft landing in the system.

However, while we commend the appointment of Hon. Kemepado, we hails the coordinator of the PAP for being visionary and for facilitating the appointment of Mr. Alfred hence we trust he will do exactly and deliver the policies of the intervention agency.

The Urhobo is always at the services of the leadership of the PAP, while anticipating for a better inclusive services that will benefit all captured members of the program.

Signed for Urhobo Youth Council

Comrd (Gen) Peter Kpate
