Awards: The Liberator Newspaper To honour 22 Nigerians At 4th Anniversary Lecture/ Fund Raising

The Liberator  Newspapers is set to  honour over twenty distinguished Nigerians at it’s 4th anniversary.

This was disclosed through a press release issued by the Publisher/ Editor-In-Chief of the Newspapers Amb. Binebai Yerin Princewill on Tuesday inviting the general public to the event.

The publisher also disclosed that the event which will hold on Thursday May 27 at Wellington Hotels Effurun Delta State at 11:am will also feature anniversary lecture as well as fund raising. 

The statement reads “The Liberator Newspapers hereby invites the general public to it’s 4th anniversary lecture, fund raising and  award ceremony under the distinguished chairmanship of  Prince Dr.  (Evang) Michael Ejele Diden, chairman, Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC).

“The event will hold on Thursday May 27, 2021 at Wellington Hotel, Efurrun  Delta State beginning from 11 in the morning.”

“The anniversary lecture with the theme “Niger Delta And The Post Oil Era, The Role Of The Media ” will be delivered by erudite scholar and Vice Chancellor of Niger Delta University (NDU), Amassoma  Bayelsa State, Prof. Samuel Edoumiekumor.”

The information added that “His Royal Majesty, Bosu Dio JP, Ayamabulou 1, Paramount ruler of Iduwini Kingdom, Burutu LGA, Delta State is Royal father of the day. President Ijaw National Congress (INC) Worldwide Prof. Benjamin Ogele Okaba will be Father of the Day, while Apst. Goddy Satu, General Overseer, Authority of Christ Deliverance Ministry  will be Spiritual father of the day.”

He said “Special Guests of Honour in no particular order are Hon. Julius Pondi, member representing Burutu Federal Constituency, house of representatives, Chief (Dr) Julius Takeme (JP) Chairman, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Delta South Senatorial District, Hon. Asupa Peter Forteta member representing Burutu North at the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor member representing Warri South West, Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. (Dr) Braduce Amakazi Angozi Former Commissioner and 2023 Governoship hopeful Delta State, Amb. Dr. Shedrack Lucky Agediga Executive Director, Planning, Research and Statistics (DESOPADEC).
