…Calls for a more united Ijaw nation

Immediate past Chairman of Odimodi and its federated communities, Chief Edward Prebor, the Gbabramienwei of Iduwini Kingdom, Bayelsa State have stated that the Lord Almighty remains ultimate in his life.
The revered Iduwini high Chief made the assertion via a statement he personally signed and issued to newsmen in Warri earlier today, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspapers while marking his birth anniversary.
Chief Prebor particularly noted that he wouldn’t have come this far in life if not for the mighty hand of God upon his life, adding that seeing ones birthday in a world filled with uncertainties is something to really thank and appreciate God for.
Using 2020 as a reference point, Chief Edward said while the year 2020 was characterised with a lot of problems like the novel coronavirus which has claimed a lot of lives, hunger and flood that wretched havoc on Niger Deltans, asserting that despite all the aforementioned and many more, himself and his family was able to come out even stronger as today now marks his birth anniversary.
Speaking further, Chief Edward Prebor, fondly called the anointed chairman had reiterated that his birth anniversary message will be incomplete without appreciating and thanking Senior Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin, popularly known as Owomowomo, founder and general Overseer Of Christ MercyLand Deliverance Ministry Worldwide.
Prebor noted that worshiping with the global anointed man of God at the Mercy City in Warri has opened his eyes to see a lot of things in life, stressing that the Lord Almighty have used Prophet Omoto Fufeyin to redesign and packaged his life for the better, adding that he will always be grateful to him.
However, the former Odimodi and its federated communities chairman also prayed to the Lord Almighty to have mercy upon his life and give him the grace to always do things that will glorify his name, adding that he is nothing without God.
On Niger Delta, the revered chief had called for unity among Ijaws across the Niger Delta region, stressing that it is only speaking in one voice that can bring true development to the Ijaw people, adding that the underdevelopment of Ijaw nation despite its economic contribution to the country is becoming alarming by the day.
