Braboke Congratulates Okaba On Victory, Says He Will Fix INC
Commissioner for Employment, Labour and Productivity in Bayelsa State, Hon. Stanley Braboke has congratulated newly elected President of the Ijaw National Congress (INC ) Worldwide, Prof. Benjamin Ogele Okaba.
The Bayelsa State revered commissioner asserted that the academic scholar will no doubt fix the Ijaw National Congress (INC) for the betterment of Ijaws Worldwide.
Hon. Braboke made the remark yesterday via a statement he personally signed and issued to newsmen in Yenagoa, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspapers.
While hailing Prof. Okaba on his victory, the commissioner had stated that much is expected from the renowned academic scholar that is now the number one Ijaw man Worldwide, stressing that the Ijaw nation is undergoing series of issues that needs to be addressed internally and externally.
However, Hon. Stanley expressed optimism that the new face of Ijaw nation, Prof. Benjamin Ogele Okaba will work seriously more than ever to see a more united Ijaw nation.
He stressed that the multifaceted issues bedeviling the Ijaws in the Nigerian state are known by Okaba as a revered scholar in Ijaw, stressing that his victory is a reward for the many years of working for the proper repositioning of Ijaw nation.
He continued that as an Ijaw son and a government official in Bayelsa State, his doors will be open for collaboration whenever the need arises.
Meanwhile, he had urged all well meaning Ijaws to give Prof. Okaba and his cabinet the needed support for them to move Ijaw nation forward.
