Breaking: Alapala now a chartered UN peace ambassador

•Flag hoisting to commence tentatively on Sept 27th 2019

His Excellency Amb. Alapala Anthony Ebitonmo, alias Odumalagba has been given one of the highest honours in the United Nations, UN and the emtire world as a chartered peace advocate of the UN-POLAC.

This was contained in a letter dated 4th of March 2019, signed by Arch Bishop (Prof) Chidi Ehiriodo JP, AmbP, Head of UN-POLAC flag Hoisting on behalf the director general.

The appointment had empowered Amb. Alapala to automatically qualify him to hold State and National offices in Nigeria.

The letter had also noted that the chartered UN peace advocates are first invited as delegates of International programmes, particularly the United Nations General Assemblies.

According to the letter, the flag Hoisting will be done at the residence of Odumalagba in Warri tentatively on September 27th 2019.

The Liberator can report that Alapala was first appointed as a United Nations, UN-POLAC peace ambassador in 2018 at Portharcourt, the capital of Rivers State and has been appointed on March 4th 2019 as a chartered UN-POLAC Peace Advocate.

It would be recalled that not  all the UN-POLAC peace advocates are chartered world peace ambassadors, chartered UN peace ambassadors are not many but few, it is such a rare honour.
