BREAKING: How Dekawei Foundation Splashed Free Jamb Forms Across Ijaw Kingdoms In Delta

Chairman and founder of the John Dekawei Foundation (JDF), Amb. John Tolumoware Dekawei has splashed  free Jamb Forms to desiring students across Ijaw Kingdoms in Delta State. The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide can report. 

Amb. John Dekawei, a renowned Niger Delta philanthropist cum social crusader had on February 6th 2021 disclosed the foundation’s intention after the close of a crucial meeting among members of the foundation in Warri that JDF will be purchasing free Jamb Forms to interested candidates to reflect all the Ijaw  24 Kingdoms in Delta State.

But after a rigorius process in choosing candidates to reflect the Ijaw kingdoms in Delta State, the foundation finally registered nominated candidates from the kingdoms for the registration which began on Saturday 17th of April 2021  and ended Monday (Today ) April 19th 2021.

While addressing the press on the development, Dekawei said contributing to the educational development of aspiring students remains one of the cardinal objective of the foundation. 

He continued that the Niger Delta struggle for self identity and emancipation is taking a different approach which he described as the intellectual approach, adding that it is inline with such arrangement that the John Dekawei Foundation is  providing free Jamb Forms to the  desiring students across all Ijaw Kingdoms in Delta, stressing that he wish them success as they prepare for their exams. 

Amb. John Dekawei had tasked the Jamb candidates to make judicious use of the opportunity given to them by the Foundation. 

In his words: “Lack of education among our people before now have caused a lot of setback in our society, it contributed in no smaller measure towards our underdevelopment as a people, to us education is a weapon that should be used to ward off the evil of retrogression and underdevelopment, we have to change our pattern, using the tool of education, this is one of the major reason we are embarking and investing on education at this point in time” .

Meanwhile, in their response, Podoki Powei, Robert Kikelomo, Asaba Kurokone and other beneficiaries who spoke to The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide had particularly appreciated Amb. John Dekawei, chairman cum founder of the John Dekawei Foundation (JDF) for his humanitarian activities, stressing that the provision of free Jamb Forms for them have truly relieved them from  a huge financial burden. 

They assured the John Dekawei Foundation that they will  make judicious use of the opportunity given to them, praying that the Lord Almighty shall continue to increase John Dekawei financially and whatever his heart desires. 

The Liberator Newspapers can report that the John Dekawei Foundation has undertaken a lot of humanitarian activities over the years, ranging from  providing food items to the rural dwellers of Delta State during the lockdown days of Covid-19 and what have you. 

The foundation had also cleared the medical bills of several patients with varying peculiar degree of cases.

Amb. John Dekawei is President general of the revered Niger Delta Socio Cultural group under the aegis of Delta Ijaw Youth Movement for Political Advancement (DIYMPA), raising the banner of good governance in Niger Delta and Nigeria at large.
