Decries Non Payment Of 23 Months Stipends

According to reports reaching the news desk of The Liberator Newspaper indicates that supposed Amnesty beneficiaries, numbering 784 earlier today takes over the East West Road and streets of Kaiama, Bayelsa State in protest for the immediate replacement of Prof. Charles Dokubo as the Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP.

The protesters brandishing several placards with different inscriptions on the East West Road, causes gridlock earlier today.

A source who spoke with The Liberator Newspaper with the condition of anonymity hinted our reporter that the protesters was led by Comr. Lucky Ighogho, maintaining that they are protesting among other things the non payment of their 23 months stipends.

This is a developing story as all efforts geard towards reaching out to others have not been successful as at the time of filling this report.
