BREAKING: Ndokwa Ijaw Youths Hit Sterling Company Yard With Massive Protest In Delta (Photos)

A group operating under the aegis of Ndokwa East Ijaw Nation Movement (NEINM) in Delta State is currently hitting Sterling Exploration and Energy Production Company Limited with a massive protest at the company’s yard in Asemoku Community, Asemoku Clan, Ndokwa East Local Government Area of Delta State. 

The protest is currently led by Comr. Ebolo Samuel, Chairman of the Ndokwa East Ijaw Nation Movement (NEINM) along with hundreds of Ijaw youths. 

The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide learnt that the Ijaw youths wielding placards with different inscriptions displayed at the waterfront of Asemoku river early this morning with songs of deprivations and neglect from Sterling Exploration and Energy Production Company Limited. As at the time of filling this report, the atmosphere is peaceful as the security personnel on ground have waded into the matter by calling on the protesters to be calm.Some of the protesting leaders are now in a critical discussion with management of Sterling Exploration and Energy Production Company Limited. Details are still sketchy as at the moment.
