Burutu North: A Major Boost As Seimbiri Ward Backs Forteta’s Second Term Bid

The political clock and its tickings are on the spread into nooks and crannies as interest groups keep throwing their weight behind aspirants they have chosen to support.

As regards the above, youths from communities that make up the Seinbiri ward 4 in Burutu Local Government Area have endorsed Hon. Asupa Peter Forteta for another term in the Delta State House of Assembly.

Today, the youths in a meeting at Ezonfade’s residence in Okpokunou Town, Burutu LGA endorsed the lawmaker for another 4 years.

During the meeting, Comrade Sunday Opede moved the motion to return the lawmaker to the state assembly on democratic performance basis which was seconded by Comrade Otuskelly Ezonfade with Hon. Adamu Kabokeme pressed forward to second the motion. The motion was put in a scaler of vote as the I’s inanimously outsounded the Nil’s zeroness.

Some who spoke at the meeting are: Hon. Stephen Eniekezimene, Hon. Solodi Etonwei, Hon. Simon Amangi, Hon Adamu Kabokeme, Otuskelly Ezonfade, Hon. Ojobolo and others noted that Asupa has been an all-inclusive representative for the people of Burutu North Constituency, and as such rallying support for him in his second term ambition is a collective project for ward 4 youths.

Reaffirming their readiness to work for the Delta legislator, they urged him to keep on delivering his electioneering campaign promises and lobby more democratic dividends to the ward.

Meanwhile, the youths believe the supremacy of God, and in a prayer segment they committed the Asupa Course into the coverings of God.

Communities that were present at the meeting include: Okpokunou, Enekoragha, Oboro, Dubuque-Ogunu and Edegbene
