Burutu North: Expect Uncommon Representation, Progress In My Second Coming – Asupa
Member representing Burutu North, Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Asupa Peter Forteta who is seeking to be re-elected for second term has while appealing to delegates of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) stated that if elected, his second coming will bring unpredented representation and progress to the entire constituency.
Hon. Forteta made the promise earlier today in a chat with The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide.
According to him, right from council chairman to commissioner and now member representing Burutu North, he has not failed his people before and never will he fail, noting that failure is not part of him.
He particularly appealed to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) delegates in Burutu North to consider him by voting for him, stressing that he will not take their kindness for granted.
However, Forteta revealed that his first tenure in the Delta State House of Assembly, representing Burutu North has been marked with lots of political appointments to indigenes of Burutu North, infrastructural development in the constituency and human capacity building in varying degrees.
Hon. Asupa continued that his second coming will mean more development, progress and human capital development for the people, stressing that he is not theoretical but a practical man.
The political octopus as he is popularly known also vowed that if elected, he will continue to organize special empowerment programmes for the youths, women, and the delegates will be carried along specially.
