Burutu Town Hall Project: Princewill Hails Pondi, Describes Him As Harbinger Of Hope
A two time former youth president of Burutu community, former Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the community and a Niger Delta Human rights activist Amb. Comr. Binebai Yerin Princewill has lauded Rt. Hon. Julius Pondi, member representing Burutu Federal Constituency in the house of representatives for remembering Burutu with a constituency project of such magnitude. The youth leader particularly described Hon. Julius Pondi has an harbinger of hope to the people of Burutu community and the entire Burutu Federal Constituency. 
Amb. Binebai Yerin Princewill made the remark recently in Burutu while inspecting the Town Hall Project influenced by Hon. Pondi as a token of his love for the people.
According to Binebai Princewill, “As a youth leader in Burutu community and beyond, it is worthy to applaud leaders that have served his people well, stressing that Hon. Pondi has come to redefine politics in its proper sense. 
“The town hall project have not only given the environment a facelift but have also lifted a huge burden off the shoulders of the community as the Town Hall is built in a modern way fully furnished with everything that a modern town hall should have. He has really proven his deep love for our people. I am very proud of him. This is indeed very rare.

As part of my efforts to impact the lives of my constituents through purpose-driven and demand-based projects, I insert in the 2020 budget of the federation to construct and equip a befitting Town Hall complex at Burutu Community domiciled with the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing, Abuja.
Today I am glad to announce that phase one of the projects has been completed successfully by the contractor to whom it was awarded by the agency.
This phase includes:The Construction of the structure from start to finish. Supply of 8 executive leather chairs,Supply of 350 Plastic Chrome steel frame conference chairs,Supply of 1 conference table,Supply of 2 Executive office tables and high black leather chairs for the two offices, Supply and installation of Window blinds Supply and installation of 6 (NOS) 1.5HP split units air conditioners and accessories.
Others are; Supply of 4 Rechargeable public address systems with wireless microphones, Supply of a DELL projector with complete screen accessories.Supply and installation of one 15KVA power generating set.Supply and installation of 18 ceiling fans Amongst other things.
The second phase of the project, which is the perimeter fencing around the facility and drilling/provision of the water tank is expected to commence in the coming days.
The completion of this project which is an on-demand base is a further testament to my determination to influence people-oriented projects for Burutu constituency. I strongly believe that this project will serve the purpose of giving the community a befitting town hall and a conducive atmosphere for deliberations.
While I look forward to the immediate commencement of the second phase of this project, I want to assure the good people of Burutu federal constituency that I am intensifying efforts to deliver more of such projects across all the wards in addition to the many completed and ongoing ones in the constituency.
