Miss Calista Ekereke has appreciated the Lord Almighty, Hon. Pullah Ekpotuayerin, member representing Burutu South in the Delta State House of Assembly and Hon. Godknows Angele, Chairman of Burutu Local Government Area on her re-Inauguration as supervisory councillor in the Local Government Area.
Calista Ekereke who was sworn in as Supervisor for Education, Sports/Community Development, Burutu Local Government together with four others yesterday by the council Chairman at his office in Burutu made this known to newsmen in Warri via a statement, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide.
Others also sworn in as supervisory councillors include Hon. Alazi Anthony Boson (Supervisor for Health), Mr. Ndeke Abiri Andrew (Supervisor for Environment), Mr. Kingsley Durus(Supervisor for Agriculture/Natural Resources), Mr.Tuomokeme E. Benson (Supervisor for Works).
In his speech, Hon. Angele had charged the newly inaugurated supervisory councillors in Burutu Local Government Area to see their positions as a call to duty, stressing that they must put in their bests to ensure a better Burutu Local Government.
Nevertheless, Calista Ekereke had promised to work hard to ensure that the confidence reposed in her by her leaders and entire people of Burutu Local Government Area will not be betrayed under any guise.
She particularly noted that it is good to once again work with Hon. Godknows Angele, Chairman of Burutu Local Government, a man she described as a boss like no other.
