Canopy Dropping: Demise Of Oweilaemi’s Mother, Jking To Perform Today In Warri
As today marked the fourth day, following the demise of Mrs Poun-ere Kerema Pereotubo ( nee Ekeinga), mother of former President of Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Worldwide, Barr. Pereotubo Roland Oweilaemi, family sources have hinted our reporter that an Ijaw music kingpin, Alfred Izon-Ebi, popularly known as Jking will be performing live today. Our source noted that the Ijaw music don will perform at the Warri residence of the former President of Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Worldwide, stressing that arrangements are on top gear at the moment.
In giving more details about the canopy dropping ceremony, Hon. Ken Oyakemeagbegha asserted that Alfred Izon-Ebi will perform as from 2: Pm today till in the evening before guests are expected to depart to their various destinations.
However, according to our sources, there are indications that a lot of dignitaries are warming up today to show solidarity to the former President of Council during the canopy dropping ceremony.
