Deck Greets Agediga For Influencing DESOPADEC Landing Jetty To Obotobo I

A leader in Obototo I community, Ogulagha Kingdom, Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State, Mr. Ato Deck Pere has greeted His Excellency, Amb. Dr. Comr. Shedrack Agediga, Executive Director (ED), Planning, Research and Statistics (PRS), Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC) for influencing a landing jetty to Obotobo I Community. The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide can report

Mr. Ato Deck Pere issued  the commendation via a statement he personally signed and issued to newsmen in Warri yesterday, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide.

Deck had described Amb. Shedrack Agediga as a perfect example of an illustrious son of Ogulagha Kingdom and Ijaw nation in general, stressing that he is very proud of Agediga and his achievements over the years. 

However, Mr. Ato noted that the landing jetty is very important to the community, adding that a huge burden has been lifted off the shoulder of the community. 

According to him, the appreciation message will be incomplete without also greeting the entire board members of the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission for having a cordial working relationship with Agediga in the commission. 

Speaking further, Deck asserted that the people of Obotobo I Community and the entire Ogulagha Kingdom is feeling the positive impacts of Agediga in his office, stressing that such progressive leadership can only be possible owing to the understanding among officials of the commission. 

Nevertheless, Deck revealed that DESOPADEC as a commission has never affected Ogulagha Kingdom as much as this current board, stating that what the commission is doing is somthing that will be difficult to surpas by subsequent boards.

He continued that His Excellency, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, Governor of Delta State deserved to be praised for appointing credible people like Agediga into such board that always prioritise the development of his people.
