Delta 2023: For Equity, Fairness, Ijaws Should Produce Next Governor – Agbor
Niger Delta human rights activist, Comr. Jackson Agbor has stated that all ethnic groups in Delta State should eschew sentiment but to rather work collectively to produce an Ijaw Governor in the state come 2023.
The Niger Delta youth leader made the appeal in a statement he signed and issued to newsmen in Warri yesterday, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide.
He noted that the Ijaws have contributed politically and economically in the growth and development of the state, stressing that for the purpose of fairness and equity, the Ijaws should be allowed to produce the next Governor of Delta State.

2023: The appointed time for Ijaw ethnic nationality to produce the next Governor of Delta State
The political rotational formular has made glaring for all Deltans to contest the governorship poll 2023 and Ijaw ethnic nationality must be considered to produce the next Governor of the state for the purpose of equity and fairness.
Posterity will always attest for the sincerity of the Ijaw ethnic nationality for the past 22 years for building strong momentum and not betraying the people democratic party PDP and stands faithful to ensure victories in every electionery process.
It is significant to note that,the Ijaw ethnic nationality is one the highest producer of oil and gas in Delta state and by that premise,the Ijaws should be given fair treatment to get the governorship seat 2023.
Today Nigeria is the largest production of oil and gas in the whole of Africa and 75 percent is taken out from Ijaw oil bearing communities across the country which is applied to Ijaw oil producing communities in Delta State.
It is a clarion call for all Deltans to throw their weight behind the Ijaw Governorship candidate 2023 to correct the political imbalances for Ijaw man to seat in Osadebe house.
The leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) must take into cognisance the position of Ijaw ethnic nationality to produce the next Governor 2023 for the giant efforts they have made for consistently building the party ranging from ward level, local government, state and the federal level for giving bloc votes in every election.
