Easter: Agediga Preaches Love, Unity Among Deltans – The Liberator
Exhorting Christians to always have faith in God, Amb. Agediga also buttressed the reason for the season, which according to him is an opportunity for leaders to extend love to the down trodden in the society through sacrificial giving.
He further emphasized that life was not all about one’s self, as judgement would essentially be based on what one did for others and not on what one did for himself.
“Today, we celebrate our Lord Jesus Christ, because he is the reason for the season”. Agediga stated.
It would be recalled that Amb. Comr. Shedrack Agediga is the founder and chairman of one of the Niger Delta leading Non Governmental Organisation (NGO), operating under the auspices of Shedrack Agediga Foundation (SAF), an NGO he has used in transforming lives across the region.
Meanwhile, the Shedrack Agediga Foundation also lead the way in the Delta creeks by making a glowing history of being first NGO that stormed the creeks to sensitize the people and sharing of face masks, hand sanitizers, liquid soaps, tap buckets as well as other sensitive items, particularly in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State.
