A stalwart of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in ward 11, Burutu Local Government Area, Delta State, Engr. Moses Ibilou has congratulated Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa and Barr. (Deacon) Kingsley Burutu Otuaro for their victory during the Saturday governorship polls.

Engr. Ibilou had also congratulated Sen. James E. Manager, member representing Delta South Senatorial District, House of Senate, Abuja; Hon. Julius Pondi, member representing Burutu Federal Constituency, House of Representatives; Hon. Asupa Peter Forteta, member elect, Burutu North Constituency, Delta State House of Assembly; Mr. Pullah Ekpotuayerin, member elect, Burutu South Constituency, Delta State House of Assembly and Mr. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, member elect, Warri South West Constituency, Delta State House of Assembly.

Moses issued the congratulatory message to journalists in Warri yesterday, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspaper.

The Burutu Local Government PDP chieftain had expressed confidence on the members elect, stressing that the entire Ijaws in Delta State will get developmental attention from all corners of the state under this political dispensation.

He had also charged the aforementioned to see their elections into the various offices as a call to duty as the Ijaw nation, particularly in Delta state needs development more than ever.

In his words: “We need new Sokebolou and new Yokiri too. The new Sokebolou and Yokiri needs clearing, sand filling, pilling and construction of more roads across Ogulagha kingdom will be perfect in this dimension.”

It would be recalled that Engr. Moses Ibilou is a business tycoon from Sokebolou and Yokiri communities in oil rich Ogulagha Kingdom, Burutu Local Government Area, Delta State.

Meanwhile, before the elections, the Ogulagha kingdom business tycoon had earlier endorsed all PDP candidates under his jurisdiction using the media, with a vow of spending his hard earned resources to muster supports for them.

Nevertheless, Ibilou had noted that he feels fulfilled at what he described as massive victory recorded by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP across Delta and other parts of the country.
