Forcados Celebrates Otuaro, Describes Him As A Golden Leader In Niger Delta – The Liberator

Former Special Assistant (SA) to Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa during the last administration on project monitoring and community development, Engr. Forcados Kingsley has congratulated the deputy Governor of Delta State on his birth anniversary.
Engr. Kingsley particularly described deputy Governor Otuaro as a golden leader in the Niger Delta region, stressing that the region must not forget his peace drive during the resurgence of militancy in the region.
The former SA made the disclosure yesterday via a statement issued to newsmen in Warri, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspaper.
Kingsley noted that the role of Otuaro and his Delta State Committee of peace advocacy chaird by him played a major role in stabilizing the region during the wake of Niger Delta Avengers that nearly crumbled the Nigerian economy.
Engr. Forcados maintained that his peace advocacy commitee contributed laregely to the halting of pipeline vandalism that had engulfed the region before the committee was set up by the Delta State Government.
Forcados stated that he was not surprised at the recent award from a national newspaper, the Daily Independent by awarding Otuaro as a peace ambassador in the Niger Delta, adding that the award speaks volume about his personality and his peaceful disposition.
Speaking further, Engr. Forcados noted that his day will be incomplete if he fails to add his voice to that of others in celebrating the revered deputy Governor of Delta State.
He maintained that Otuaro as his boss, surprised him with the appointment as SA to the Governor on project monitoring and community development in Delta State during the last administration of Okowa, stating that he will continue to be grateful to Otuaro and Okowa.
Meanwhile, he had prayed for the deputy Governor to age gracefully with long life and prosperity.
