Ijaw sensitization conference to hold in Warri May 18th
A pan Ijaw group operating under the auspices of Ijaw Unity Sensitization Campaign Team will be holding Ijaw sensitization conference in Warri on Friday May 17th 2019.
This was made known to newsmen in Warri via a statement signed yesterday by convener of the group Apostle Ellington Bakumor, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspaper.
In giving a breakdown, Bakumor had noted that the one day event will take place at Okuemi Hotel Hall, Bendel Estate, Airport Road, Warri, Delta State.
He had invited members of the general public, particularly the Ijaws of Delta State to take advantage of the programme as many lessons will be deduced from it.
According to him, the theme of the programme is tagged: “Defining and promoting the Ijaw agenda and development for the common good of Delta Ijaw and greater Delta State.”
However, in a similar manner, Comr. Williams Welemu Jnr had called on Ijaws to massively support the programme as it draws nearer with whatever they have.
