International Peace Day: SAF to hold lecture on Peace and climate change in Delta

In commemoration of the International day of peace, the Shedrack Agediga Foundation ( SAF) will hold a public lecture aimed at addressing issues as it affects peace in an ever changing environment.

According to information released on the event, a copy of which was obtained by The Liberator Newspaper, the focus of the event will be on how to sustain peace in the face of unfriendly environment largely caused by actions of man

With the theme, Climate Action for Peace, the lecture will be delivered under the sub topics, Global ( Global and Local) impact of climate change and developing partnerships for action.

Niger Delta university don, Dr. Zibina Tubodenyefa will deliver key note address as guest speaker under the Chairmanship of Chief Apst. (Dr) Godknows Tomone.

Director of programmes of the foundation, Pastor Idowu Seimode is the Chief host of the event, while member representing Burutu federal constituency in the house of representatives Rt. Hon. Julius Gbabojor Pondi will grace the occasion as special guest of honour.

The event will hold on Saturday 21st September at Obotobo 1 community town hall in Ogulaha kingdom, by 10 am prompt.
