Joy as Asupa roll out bags of rice, groundnut oil, wrappers for over 500 widows in Burutu North

In his resolve to diligently serve the people of Burutu North in the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Asupa Peter Forteta has doled out bags of rice, kegs of groundnut oil and lace wrappers to over 500 widows in the constituency.

In giving a breakdown of the distribution process, Engr. Mike Akpi, Special Assistant to Hon. Asupa noted that the items distributed include 700 bags of rice, 700 kegs of groundnut oil and 700 lace wrappers for over 500 widows as part of his gifts to mark the Yuletide season.

Akpi explained that the women where selected across the eleven wards constituting Burutu Federal Constituency, stressing that the items distributed to the widows is a different package entirely from what he has been doing for the political class and other members of the constituency.

However, Engr. Akpi stated that the items where distributed to the widows in Warri through some of their leaders, adding that Hon. Asupa is commited to do more for his people.
When contacted, Hon. Asupa Peter Forteta also known as the Holy Michael and the Odogboru of Africa maintains that giving and putting smiles on the faces of his people will continue to be his topmost priority.

He had however assured the people of Burutu North that the needed voice for development in the Delta State House of Assembly will be given to them, stressing that he will not joke with the development of communities in Burutu North.
Meanwhile, Forteta often described as one of the greatest politician in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State owing to his philanthropic gestures have wished his constituents a happy Christmas and prosperous New year in advance.
