Joy In Ayakoromo As Timi Yanky Foundation Distributes Clothes To  111 Widows

There was joy among the people of Ayakoromo community in Ngbilebiri Kingdom, Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State yesterday as the Timi Yanky Foundation (TYF) put smile on the faces of widows in the community. The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide can report.

In what has become a yearly tradition for the Timi Yanky Foundation (TYF), the foundation on Sartuday 22nd of January 2022 distributed 111 pieces of clothes to elderly women in the community that are widows. 


Nevertheless, Apst. Timi Yanky, founder and Chairman of the Timi Yanky Foundation had hinted the press on why he is targeting the elderly women in his community, stressing that the gesture was revealed to him years ago in a dream by the Lord Almighty. 

Speaking further, Yanky said he is happy and thankful to the Lord Almighty that he can contribute to add value in the society by providing clothes to the women. 

The philanthropist asserted that as long as he is alive and God keeps blessing him, he will continue to ensure that he makes his people happy.

However, he assured the people of Ayakoromo that by the grace of God, he will take the gesture to another dimension in subsequent years. 

It was learnt that in 2021, the Timi Yanky Foundation (TYF) distributed 50 pieces of clothes to widows in Ayakoromo, 2020 he distributed 30 pieces of clothes to the women while in 2019 he visited an orphanage home in Delta to render his humanitarian service.

Yanky said he is embarking on the humanitarian service as part of activities marking his birth anniversary, stressing that he will continue to prioritise the progress and development of Ayakoromo community. 

Timi Yanky who is a member of the Delta State Waterways/Land Security Committee particularly appreciated Engr. Michael Tonlagha and Mrs Ebitonmo Emily Alapala for assisting him with some of the clothes out of their own freewill.

Meanwhile, Apst. Timi Yanky was accompanied to Ayakoromo by his two elegant wives,  Engr. Michael Tonlagha, Mr. Tamaraubrakemi Iselese, Comr. John Gbozimor, Anthony Demebide, alias Akpolokpolo, Mrs Emily Ebitonmo and others. 

While on the part of the community, Mr. John Yerin Ambrose,  Chairman of Ayakoromo Town Electoral Committee (ATECO), Mr. Matthew Apiakise, Chief Dauyebo Kitua, Mr. Thompson Tambou, Esther Sagbegha, chairlady Ayakoromo community, elder Wilson Zipamo, Youth President of Ayakoromo,  Lokiri Raymond, elders and others too numerous to mention. 

High point of the ceremony was the special prayers showed on Timi Yanky by the widows that have benefited from the gesture. 

A football was also presented to the Ayakoromo Town team in his bid to promote sporting activities in the community. 

It would be recalled that today the 23rd of January 2022 marks the birthday of Apst. Timi Yanky, founder and Chairman of the Timi Yanky  Foundation (TYF).
