Jubilation As Timi Yanky Foundation Storms Ayakoromo, Distributes Clothes For Widows

There was massive jubilation on Friday in ancient Ayakoromo community, Ngbilebiri Kingdom, Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State as a Non Governmental Organisation (NGO), Timi Yanky Foundation (TYF) dished out different brands of clothes to widows of the community. The Liberator Newspapers can report.
Apst. Timi Yanky, founder and chairman of the foundation had during his speech shortly after the presentation of the clothes to the enlisted widows numbering over 50 appreciated the women for their turn out and calmness during the exercise.
While assuring the women of the continuity of the clothe giving exercise from his foundation, he asserted that the distribution of the clothes will continue to be a yearly exercise.
It would be recalled that the 2021 edition of the clothes distribution exercise by the foundation is the second time that Yanky is embarking on such project.
He particularly admonished some of the widows that was unable to be included on the list, stressing that if they are unable to get it this year, it will be their turn to benefit next year.
Yanky said he kick-started the exercise in 2020 with the distribution of 30 clothes to 30 widows in the community at the eve of his birthday which is usually on the 23rd of January.
While addressing the press on what propelled him to embark on such gesture, Apst. Timi Yanky said he is acting under divine instruction of God, adding that it all started in 2020 when he got a revelation via his dream that at every eve of his birth anniversary, he should buy and distributes clothes to widows in his hometown, Ayakoromo.
He maintained that as long as the Lord Almighty keeps blessing him, he will continue to see and prioritised the clothes distribution exercise to widows in Ayakoromo as his pet project, promising that next year will be massive and more interesting.
In their reactions, the women who spoke to The Liberator Newspapers had prayed for Apst. Timi Yanky to continue to blossom in all areas of his life, praying that as he rembered the widows, so shall the Lord Almighty increase him financially and protect him all the days of his life, assuring that their prayers are always with him.
Meanwhile, Timi Yanky was accompanied by friends such as Engr. Michael Tonlagha, Mr. Fidelix Brabor among others.
Others who graced the clothe distribution exercise in Ayakoromo include Sir Salaco Buloubowei, former Chairman of Ayakoromo community, Mrs Esther Sagbegha, woman leader, Ayakoromo community, youths of Ayakoromo as well as elderly men in the community.
The Liberator Newspapers can report that Timi Yanky is a frontline member of the Delta State waterways/land Security Committee.
