Sen. James E. Manager has crushed his political opponent of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Hon. Emmanuel E. Udughan at an appeal court judgement sitting in Benin, capital of Edo State today.
The Liberator Newspaper can report that there is wild jubilation currently ongoing within strongholds of the Peoples Democratic Party in Delta South Senatorial District over the judgment.
It would be recalled that The Delta State National Assembly Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Asaba, the state capital, few months ago nullified the election of James Manager, lawmaker representing Delta South Senatorial district in the National Assembly.
But the appeal court today in Benin, capital of Edo State equally upturned the judgment of the election tribunal which had earlier sacked Sen. James Manager.

With the latest development, His Excellency, Dr. Emmanuel. Uduaghan, former Governor of Delta State has been permanently silenced from the 2019 Delta South senatorial legal tussle with Manager.

The Court of Appeal sitting in Benin, Edo State has also affirmed the election victories of the Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege representing Delta Central on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC)

It also equally upturned the judgment of the election tribunal which sacked Hon. Ben Igbakpa who represent Ethiope Federal Constituency in the Hour of Representatives.
