The Agge and its federated communities youth president made this known to newsmen in Yenagoa, capital of Bayelsa State on Friday, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspaper.
According to him, while condemning the incident that happened in the Agge river recently that claimed the lives of four naval officers and abduction of three foreigners from Russia and India, workers of Sterling Global Company, an act allegedly carried out by unknown gunmen, Idolobo noted that members of Agge community knows nothing about the act but are suffering greatly in the aftermath of the unfortunate incident.
He maintained that Agge community remains one of the most peaceful town in the entire Niger Delta region, stressing that the community must not pay for the sins of others.
Recounting the ordeals faced by members of Agge, the youth leader asserted that owing to the frequent and fearful movements of the military gunboats in the river and with the news of Bilabiri 1 & 2 communities in flames by the military yesterday in Bayelsa State, revealing that the people of Agge have all deserted the commuity as most of them are now in the forest.
He cried out that there are reported cases of people missing in the forest and children have been lost to the waterfront of the community, regretting that even the whereabouts of His Royal Highness, D. Akpos however noted that for years, they have been living peacefully with their tenants, Sterling Global Company and have no rift with them as they could not have been part of any move that will dent the positive image of Agge and the company.
He particularly appealed to the military not to allow history to repeat itself as the community was allegedly out of nothing bombarded by the Joint Task Force, JTF on August 4th 2008.

Akpos stressed that such terrifying history should not be allowed to repeat itself in Agge.
