Mulade Advises Niger Delta Youths To Learn From Chief Clark – The Liberator

A traditional Chief in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West Local Government Area, Delta State, Chief Sheriff Mulade the Ibe-Sorimowei of Gbaramatu Kingdom has congratulated Chief E.K Clark on his 93rd birthday, described him as the voice, pride, eagle and unfailing eye of the Niger Delta.

Chief Mulade, while speaking with news men on Sunday May 24th, 2020 in Warri, felicitate with Chief E.K Clark on the occasion of his 93rd birthday, noting that Chief E.K Clark has created sustainable legacy that cannot be challenged, denied, contested or matched in the Niger Delta region and Nigeria in General.

He said, we all can attest to his leadership style, with good sense of judgment, understanding, truthfulness,humility and willingness to fight for the emancipation of Niger-Delta with a purposeful focus, a just course that requires stability, strength and progress.

Speaking of Chief E.K’s development contribution to Niger-Delta region and Nigeria, the National Coordinator of Center for Peace and Environmental Justice, CEPEJ, Chief Mulade said E.K Clark’s contributions to nation’s building has always impacted positively to sustainable peace, unity and development in Niger Delta. His various roles played for the growth and development of the region are too numerous to recount ranging from his leadership qualities, involvement in human and capital development, political, infrastructural, health care and educational development of Niger-Delta.

Chief Mulade added, “Without reservations, I heartily congratulate Chief E.K Clark today as he Celebrate his 93rd birthday, he is the voice, the pride, the eagle and unfailing eye of the Niger Delta, he is a blessing to our region and the Nation at large judging from his immense contributions as a nationalist and elder-State man to the political and socio- economical development of the Niger Delta region.

Chief Mulade further beconned on all Ijaw youths, young and old, men and women, traditional rulers and chiefs as well as intended / upcoming leaders to draw close to Chief E.K and learn from his wisdom and wealth of experience to move the Niger Delta region forward, as he prayed for the Almighty God to continue to grant him more years of life with good health.
