A group operating under the aegis of Ijaw Progressive Youth Leaders has congratulated the appointment of Engr. Udengs Eradiri, former president general of Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Worldwide.
The group issued the congratulatory message via a statement signed and circulated to newsmen in Warri yesterday by the trio of Comr.Franklin Magada
Convener, Comr.Jackson Agbor Coordinator and Gen. Sunny Clark Ex-agitator, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspapers.
The group had in the statement called on Ijaw youths worldwide and other various groups within the Niger Delta region to suspend their planned protest.
While congratulating Eradiri on the appointment, describing it as a well deserved one, the trio of Agbor, Magada and Clark had declared their supports for the NDDC Sole Administrator, stressing that the forensic audit should be completed first before anything.
They particularly described Engr. Udengs Eradiri as a capable man suitable to handle the position.

The Ijaw Progressive Youth Leaders Congratulate ( Engr). Udengs Eradiri the former IYC president for the well deserved appointment as SA youth NDDC.
The appointment is timely and worth celebrating as a illustrious son from ijaw nation to engage the Youths in the Niger Delta region for a meaningful development.
We call on youth groups across the region to support the sole administrator to conclude the forencis audit process for the specific month of period.
We also use this medium to appeal to IYC and other youth group across the region to call off their planned protest in the region, in an atmosphere of reckon and acrimony, there will be no meaningful development that the yearning for,hence we emplore all youth groups to throw their weight behind the Sole Administrator and the SA youth in concluding the forensic audit process.
