NGO Storms Delta Riverine Communities, Reaches 2000 Pupils With Various Materials

A wave making Niger Delta Non Governmental Organisation (NGO) under the aegies of Ernest Bebenimibo Foundation (EBF) as part of its founding principles embarked on a journey to schools in Delta riverine communities to provide succor for the pupils.The Ernest Bebenimibo Foundation (EBF), led by its founder and president, Dcn Ernest Bebenimibo stormed Primary Schools in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta State to donate varying materials to pupils to enable them attend school hitch free.Some of the items distributed to pupils of the schools include brand New School Uniforms, Sandals, Socks, notebooks and other writing materials.The schools visited are  Okpele-Ama Primary School,Tebujor, Toruyor Primary School,Opuede-bubor, Kupa Primary School,Ubefan, Peppe-Ama Primary School,Peppe Ama as well as Kere Primary School, Egwa, all in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta State. Reacting to The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide shortly after the distribution of the items to the pupils yesterday, Dcn Ernest Bebenimibo noted that the exercise tagged “Project KitUpToSchool 2021” was a follow up from the 2020  Street2School project where the foundation identified that over 90% of the pupils were lacking these items.However, on his part, Director General (DG), Ernest Bebenimibo Foundation (EBF), Dcn Ogaga Darlington Ossai had appreciated all the sponsors of the 2021 phase one of the “Project KitUpToSchool”, stressing that EBF will continue to owe them in high esteem.Speaking further, the Director General had appealed to the Delta State Government, other arms of Government, notable NGOs, well meaning individuals as well as multinational oil companies operating in the area to partner with EBF to assist pupils in the riverine communities. Ogaga asserted that the goal of EBF is to reach 5000 kids after phase four of the “Project KitUpToSchool 2021”.A statement from the Ernest Bebenimibo Foundation (EBF) after the distribution exercise reads below:ERNEST BEBENIMIBO FOUNDATION fulifills her promise to Communities in Riverine Communities in DELTA STATE

In pursuit of her core Objective of bringing hope to the hopeless, reaching the unreached and imparting lives one person at a time,  EBF today embarked  on the phase one of her Project KitUpToSchool 2021.

In the first phase, a total of 5 Schools in 5 Communities in the Riverine Communities in DELTA STATE was reached with over 2000 learners. The following Schools we’re beneficiaries:

1. Okpele-Ama Primary School,Tebujor 2. Toruyor Primary School,Opuede-bubor 3. Kupa Primary School,Ubefan 4. Peppe-Ama Primary School,Peppe Ama.5. Kere Primary School,Egwa

All in Gbaramatu Kingdom in Warri south west Local Government area of Delta state. This project was carried out as a follow-up to our last year’s Project Street2School where we identified over 90% were lacking these items.

Items distributed are brand New School Uniforms,Sandals,Socks,notebooks and other writing materials to pupils of the above schools 

The team of Volunteers from EBF was led by the President and Founder, Dcn ERNEST BEBENIMIBO, his wife and co-founder EBF, Mrs LOVETH ERNEST BEBENIMIBO, the Director General, Dcn OGAGA DARLINGTON OSSAI, The Director Riverine Communities, Mrs Augustina ODUDU, The Welfare Director, Ms Juliet Seiyefa, The Media Director, Hon GHARVAN WHITE OFUAFO and host of many others such as Micheal EFFIONG, Blessing Emmanuel, Dennis Sokoto and many more others too numerous to mention.

The DG, Deacon OGAGA DARLINGTON OSSAI used this medium to call on all Parents to prioritize the education of their children. Parents must understand that it is their primary responsiblity to cater for the Education of their children. Instead of waiting for aides and arms to help their kids, Parents should engage in any form of odd jobs if possible and see their children through school. Education gives your kids a better chance at Social Mobility.

We hereby appreciate all our donors, sponsors and board of trustee members for their support. We call them to support this move as we are just one phase gone. We intend to reach out to over 5000 kids after phase four is carried out.

The DG of EBF, Deacon OGAGA DARLINGTON OSSAI hereby use this privilege to  call on Government and oil companies  to partner with EBF to reach those termed “unreached in the Society”.
