Ogugu Congratulates New Diebiri-Batan Community Exco, Invites Public To Grace Thanksgiving Celebration July 23rd

An opinion leader and former Chairman of Diebiri-Batan Community in Diebiri Clan, Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta State,  Engr Don Dickson Ogugu has congratulated newly Selected community executive members of  Diebiri-Batan Community.

Engr. Ogugu who was chairman of the oil rich community in July 2015 to July 2017 issued the congratulatory message to newsmen in Warri via a statement he personally signed earlier today, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide. 

He particularly congratulated  the newly selected Chairman Mr Frederick Amalade and the entire Executive members of DIEBIRI-BATAN COMMUNITY, BY IGADE CONCERNED FAMILIES.

The former Chairman had joined his voice to that of others in the community to invite and host critical stakeholders, business partners, political leaders, neighboring communities, families and friends, Security Agencies as well as member of the general public to grace the epoch making Thanksgiving/ceremony slated on the 23rd of July 2021.

In his words: “May God give you divine wisdom to uphold this your new office to pilot the affairs of IGADE CONCERNED FAMILIES in Our Golden oil reach BATAN FLOW STATION OML42/OML30.

DIEBIRI CLAN in warri South west Lga, Delta State, for the next two years. 

According to an information made available to The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide by Engr. Don Dickson Ogugu, the newly selected/swearing officials of Diebiri-Batan Community include the names below:

Fredrick Amalade – Chairman

Ijebi Tontimi – Vice Chairman

Lucky Numberone – Secretary General. 

Duke Wareademebo – Assistant Secretary.

Philip Numa – Treasurer.

Samuel Igbodudu – Spokesman.

Festus Gbozimo – PRO. 

Bright Amakubukuro – Welfare Officer. 

Edwin Yonwei – Organising Secretary. 

Bibor Lude – Financial Secretary. 

Chief Joseph Igbelegbele – member. 

Sunny Newyear – member.

Ebipade Isaac – member. 

Victor F. Gbolode – Adviser. 

Engr Dickson also commended the most elderly man in the IGADE CONCERNED FAMILIES, Elder James Osuobiri Lude, for standing on the part of justice and fairness since the inception of the CONCERNED FAMILIES selection from 2013 till date in DIEBIRI-BATAN COMMUNITY.

In his words: “We have enjoyed peace, development and unity compared to when we where fighting ourselves with different small and big groups to hijack Chairmanship position, using Government influence and political power to rig election processes.”

Engr Don Dickson also used  the medium to pinpoint and send goodwill greetings to Sir Alex Ebi Fenimine former Chairman in DIEBIRI-BATAN COMMUNITY from 2010 to 2013, who allegedly  Singlehandedly was in the Drivers seat to acknowledged the idea and Implemented the Igade concerned families selection process as the rightful owners of the land, in the Diebiri Clan. 

Ogugu  added that “Every kingdoms, Clans or Sub Communities grow in peace, harmony and development when we stand for the Truth without fear and favour to do the right thing at the right time, This  have made our Diebiri Clan to emulate and adopt the same family selection process because it is a very peaceful political administrative system.”

Engr Don also appreciate the advisory role displayed by his predecessor Sir Fidelis Atutu, the first Selected Family Chairman in DIEBIRI-BATAN COMMUNITY in July 2013 to July 2015.

“To the outgoing Chairman Mr Isaac Akasa who took over from Late Sir Ambrose Ogulasougha, may his gentle soul rest in peace in July 2019 to July 2021, for the peaceful hand over of office, you have shown that as a family we need one another to survive and development of our peace loving DIEBIRI-BATAN COMMUNITY. ” Ogugu asserted. 

Engr Don Ogugu in summary give his biggest thanks and glory to God almighty for the protection over the Diobiri descendants, in particular the IGADE CONCERNED FAMILIES and the FEDERATED DIEBIRI-BATAN COMMUNITY, IN DIEBIRI CLAN.
