Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa has assured Deltans again that he will continue to consolidate on his stronger Delta agenda.

Governor Okowa made the remark at Ellu in Isoko North Local Government Area of Delta State during the PDP Isoko North Local Government campaign of Mr. Jude Ogbimi, standard flag bearer of the PDP for Delta State House of Assembly election ahead of the April 10th 2021 bye-election in Isoko North. 

The Governor while speaking among other issues in the state had called on the people of Isoko North to come out in their numbers come Saturday April 10th to vote for the PDP.

Earlier in his speech, Chairman of the Delta State Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Olorogun Barr. Kingsley Esiso had asserted that beside the PDP, there is no other party in the state, stressing that the people of Isoko North should come out in their numbers to vote only for the PDP. 

However, in a brief media chat with The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide, Chief (Dr) Julius Takeme (JP), Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Delta South noted that the Delta South PDP will continue to maintain its dominance in the senatorial district, stressing that there is no vacancy for any other party. 

It would be recalled that April 7th 2021 would be the grand finale of the Isoko North Local Government PDP Campaign at Alar-Square, Ozoro. 

The communities visited today for the campaign include Oyede, Okpe-Isoko, Ofagbe as well as Ellu.

Other political bigwigs that were present during the campaign include His Excellency, the deputy Governor of Delta State, Barr. (Dcn) Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, senator representing Delta South, Sen. James E. Manager, Speaker Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwore, member representing Burutu South in the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Pullah Ekpotuayerin and others too numerous to mention.
