Otuaro at 51: Forcados extols Deputy Governor’s outstanding performance, humility
Special Assistant to Gov. Okowa, on project monitoring and community development, Engr. Kingsley Forcados has extolled the outstanding performance of His Excellency Barr. (Dcn) Kingsley B. Otuaro, Deputy Governor of Delta State, saying that “holding a high public office has not changed him, as he remains humble and committed to performance, as was testified to his irrepressible efforts towards the party’s victory in the just concluded election.”
Engr. Forcados made the revelation in a congratulatory message to Barr. Otuaro, in his words: “His Excellency, the Deputy Governor of Delta State, is a visionary and transformative leader who has remained committed to the prosperity of Deltans, as well as his towering virtues of justice, fairness, honesty and equality for all.”
“You are a spine to Delta’s economic growth,” Engr. Forcados said, while lauding the Deputy Governor’s indelible footprints in the areas of peace, human capital development and education,” which the aide to Gov. Okowa said are “practically evident.”
“You have thrilled us continuously with your campaign for discipline, probity, hard work, patriotism and dedication to duty,” Forcados maintained.
Engr. Kingsley had further described, the Deputy Governor as someone who is not carried away with the whims and caprices of vested interests adding that “he is a leader with a candid humility for humanity.”
Engr Forcados believes, the Deputy Governor is a fountain of inspiration, as well as a leader who has mentored young progressive politicians by encouraging them, not to see politics as a cliche or an irrational dream, but a viable platform to contribute to nation building.
It would be recalled that the Special Assistant to Governor Okowa on Project Monitoring and Community Development in Delta State is among the few SAs in the state adjudged to be the most active and performing SA in the state.
Meanwhile, the SA had however, prayed for more political advancement of the deputy governor of Delta state in the nearest future, stressing that men like Otuaro are not common in the Delta State political arena.
