PDP: Chief Evans welcomes Pondi, Agediga, others to Ofougbene

Amb. Chief Evans E. Etimigba, JP, PICMC, Vice Chairman Ward 11 Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Caucus in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State has welcomed Rt.Hon. Julius Pondi, member representing Burutu Federal constituency, House of Representatives and Amb. Comr. Shedrack Agediga, Executive Director, ED, Planning, Research and Statistics, Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, DESOPADEC to Ofougbene Community in Iduwini Kingdom, Delta State.
Chief Evans Etimigba, the fungewei of Iduwini Kingdom stated that the PDP family of Ofougbene community are happy to receive Pondi, Agediga and other leaders of the party to the community, stressing that arrangements are on ground to host them.
Chief Evans, a former chairman of Ofougbene community, an opinion leader in Iduwini Kingdom noted that ward 11 is lucky to have the duo of Pondi and Agediga, stressing that the PDP family will continue to support their activities whenever the need arises.
Amb. Etimigba made the welcome statement earlier today via a press release issued to newsmen in Warri, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspaper, adding that their visit to Ofougbene will be wonderful, entertaining and interesting.
In his words:”I want to specially thank our leaders, Rt. Hon. Julius Pondi, member representing Burutu Federal constituency, House of Representatives; Amb. Comr. Shedrack Agediga, Executive Director, ED, Planning, Research and Statistics, PRS, Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, DESOPADEC, Mr. Pascal Ekemieyefa, PDP chairman ward 11 and other leaders of the party for choosing Ofougbene for this special meeting “.
However, Chief Evans Etimigba had reiterated that Ofougbene community will continue to be a PDP community, adding that the meeting is timely and a welcome development, noting that it will boost the moral of the PDP faithful in the community and extension the ward.
It would be recalled that Chief Evans Etimigba, JP is a recipient of United Nations, UN , POLAC World Peace Ambassador and a Justice of Peace in Delta State.
