The love story of one Mr. Monday Lagbo who hails from Egbema Kingdom in Warri North Local Government Area of Delta State was recently obstructed by Nigerian soldiers in Warri as he was arrested few days to his wedding.

A source who hinted The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide on the matter but would not want his name to be mentioned in print had asserted that for quite some time, Mr. Monday Lagbo has been working closely with the Nigerian Soldiers drafted to the riverine communities, particularly in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State.

The source continued that as his friends, he took an invitation card of his supposed wedding  to sector 1 in Effurun to invite his soldier friends obviously to provide security for the wedding and reception, but rather than inviting them, it later turned out that he was arrested in the process.

However, our source maintained that after arresting Mr. Monday Lagbo at Sector 1 in Effurun, he was later transferred to the three (3) Battalion, Effurun Barracks in Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State.

It was further noted that the last news they have heard about Mr. Monday Lagbo was that he has been transferred from the Three Battalion Effurun Barracks to the Defence Intelligence Agency (DIA), Abuja.

It was gathered that on Sartuday 27th of November 2021 was supposed to be his wedding in Warri, Delta State with his lovely wife as all money spent on the aborted marriage have been wasted.

Nevertheless, the worried source stated that till date, neither his family nor friends have access to Monday Lagbo as no one can tell what is present condition looks like if he is doing well or not.

Meanwhile, when The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide asked on the type of relationship Monday Lagbo had with the said soldiers, the source could not come out clear on the type of relationship and could not say the exact reason  why he was arrested either.

Moreover, in our bid to balance this story, this reporter tried to reach out to both sector 1 and three battalion Effurun in order to hear their own side of the story but all efforts proves abortive as they did not respond to calls put across to them as at the time of filling this report.
