One man that the Oborotu people in Iduwini Kingdom, Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State will never forget owing to his oratory, knowledge and unprecedented wisdom about life is Chief Vincent Okubo-Eseimone Ekemiafa following his demise on March 30th 2021.

However, the families of Ekemiafa have via a burial circular signed by the duo of Capt. Simon Gideki for the family and Elder Pascal Ekemiafa for the Children, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide recently  noted that the late sage will be layed to rest on Saturday (today ) 4th of December 2021 at his hometown, Ofougbene In Iduwini Kingdom, Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State.

According to the burial circular, Late Chief Ekemiafa died at age 86 (1935-2021) after a protracted illness.

Until his death, he is survived by Agnes Ekemiafa – Wife, Watchnight Ekemiafa -Wife, 13 Children, 57 Grand Children, 34 Great Grand Children and 3 Great Great Grand Children.

Nevertheless, late Chief Vincent Okubo-Eseimone Ekemiafa until his death was the oldest man of Ofougbene Community.

The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide can report that he was also the Vice Chairman of the apex body in Oborotu known as Oborotu Federated Communities in Iduwini Kingdom, Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State.

Owing to his rare wisdom and resourcefulness in handling communal affairs, late Chief Vincent Okubo-Eseimone Ekemiafa was the Chairman of Burutu Community Elders Council, a position he used in serving the people meritoriously to the bewilderment of everyone.

Meanwhile, on entertainment, the family had maintained that King Robert Ebizimor Music Band will be performing live and other interesting activities to keep dignitaries entertained.

With gratitude to the Almighty for a life well spent and in total submission to the will of God, we the entire members of Ekemiafa Family of Itobo-Biri Quarters of Orugbene Town and the Diri Family of Leomoni 1 Quarters of Ofougbene (Izon Oborotu) Town both in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State announce the death of our Brother, Uncle, Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather.

Late Chief Vincent Okubo-Eseimone Ekemiafa slept in the Lord on the 30th of March, 2021 after a protracted illness. He was aged 86 (1935 – 2021), Survived by Agnes Ekemiafa- Wife, Watchnight Ekemiafa-Wife. 13 Children, 57 Grand Children, 34 Great Grand Children and 3 Great Great Grand Children.

BURIAL ARRANGEMENT

Thursday 2nd December 2021, 4: 00Pm. Service of songs at St. Ann Catholic Church, Burutu.

Saturday 4th December 2021 9:00Am. Body leaves Amme Clinic mortuary Okumagba Estate Warri via miller Jetty NPA to his hometown Ofougbene (Izon-Oborotu).

Saturday 4th December 2021 10:00Am Eequieum mass at St. Kelvin Catholic Church, Ofougbene.

Interment follows immediately at his family compound Leomoni 1 Quarters, Ofougbene.

Music to be supplied by King Dr. Robert Ebizimor Music Band.

Sunday 5th December 2021: Outing service at St. Ann Catholic Church, Burutu.
