Senior Special Assistant to Delta state Governor on peace building and security, Comrade Daniel Ezekiel has called on private organizations operating in the country to assist government in tackling youth restiveness through job creation.

The SSA made the call when he visited Chevron Nigeria Limited in its Warri office on Tuesday.

Comr. Ezekiel noted that efforts by private sector towards creating jobs especially multinational companies will go a long way in relieving governments at all levels of burden of creating job opportunities for youths roaming the streets.

He described as alarming, the rate at which youths throng into the labour market yet could not find job to do, saying that such matters are of great concern to His Excellency , Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa , reason he made various skill aquisition programs primarily targeting the youths in his SMART agenda.
