Tom Willy Celebrates Otuaro At 53, Describes Him As A True Democrat
A Niger Delta youth friendly leader, renowned philanthropist cum politician, Hon. Tom Willy Ebiakpo has described His Excellency, Barr. (Dcn) Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, Deputy Governor of Delta State as a true democrat.
Hon. Tom Willy gave the admonition yesterday via a statement he personally signed and issued to newsmen in Warri while reacting to the birth anniversary of the Delta State deputy Governor, Otuaro.
Tom Willy had particularly prayed to the Lord Almighty to grant Otuaro his heart desires, stressing that he couldn’t have kept quiet on the birth anniversary of the Deputy Governor, adding that his prayers are always with him.
