Victor Hails Matthew Tonlagha, George Ekpemupolo, Describes Them As Apostles Of Progress

Popular Niger Delta businessman, Mr. Victor Tonlagha has described the duo of Hon. George Ekpemupolo, former Chairman of Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta State and Sir Matthew Tonlagha, a renowned philanthropist and a business mogul as apostles of progress.
Victor Tonlagha made the assertion earlier today at his residence in Warri via a statement he personally signed and issued to newsmen, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspapers.
He particularly noted that the leadership qualities of the duo had resulted to many positive things in the region such as influencing of projects to Gbaramatu Kingdom and across the Niger Delta region.
Mr. Victor Tonlagha asserted that he is very proud of the duo with their achievements, adding that the two leaders have continued to transform the lives of many from all divides, using their personal money.
In his words: “I on behalf of myself and family send you greetings, as today marks your glowing birth anniversaries, I couldn’t have kept quiet on this special day, it is my prayer that the Lord Almighty shall continue to increase you people financially, politically and otherwise.
“The Lord Almighty shall grant you people long life and prosperity, the both of you have no doubt contributed your quota towards the growth and development of Gbaramatu Kingdom, Niger Delta and the society in general, your philanthropic gestures knows no bounds.
