5th Coronation: Aketekpe Is A Blessing To Gbaramatu Kingdom, Ijaws, Niger Delta – Simeon

Chief (Hon) Simeon Bebenimibo, the Possi Tare-owei (Lover of Youths) of Gbaramatu Kingdom in Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta State has congratulated the Pere of Gbaramatu Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Oboro Gbaraun II, Aketekpe Agadagba (JP) on his 5th Coronation Anniversary. 

Hon. Simeon, an appointee of the Delta State Government and a rising business icon had described the revered traditional ruler of Gbaramatu Kingdom as a blessing to Gbaramatu, Ijaw nation, Niger Delta and to humanity, stressing that he is proud of him. 

Hon. Bebenimibo, one of the most revered sons in Gbaramatu Kingdom and the Niger Delta region at large made the assertion yesterday in Okerenkoko via a statement he personally signed and issued to newsmen, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide. 

The Niger Delta civilian security chieftain maintained that the Gbaramatu revered traditional ruler is a strong force to reckon with in the history of Niger-Delta due to his selfless sacrifices, struggle and continued promotion of the Ijaw culture which according to him has positively contributed to  the emancipation and development of the region and its people.

He said Aketekpe’s name and his leadership in  Niger-Delta have brought great infrastructural and human capital development to the region and will never be forgotten in the history of humanity, as his name has already been written in gold that can never be erased.

Chief Simeon  had particularly lauded the reign of the paramount ruler of Gbaramatu Kingdom for working tirelessly in the repositioning  of the kingdom, stressing that the Kingdom is gradually wearing a new and better look under the reign of Oboro Gbaraun II. 

In his words: “May the Almighty God continue to embolden you with his divine wisdom and good health as you celebrate this special day of your 5th year Coronation anniversary. May your reign be peaceful and prosperous. Long live His Royal Majesty, Oboro Gbaraun II, Aketekpe Agadagba (JP), Long live Gbaramatu  Kingdom.” 

The Possi Tare-owei (Lover of Youths) of Gbaramatu Kingdom in Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta State, Hon. (Chief) Simeon Bebenimibo stated that so many good things has happened to the Kingdom within the last five years that the Gbaramatu raditional ruler assumes the highly revered royal throne. 

Someon maintained that he has no iota of doubt in him that the paramount ruler of Gbaramatu Kingdom will continue to use his highly respected throne to continue to negotiate a better deal for the Kingdom and beyond.
