Tension: Iduwini converged in Warri, vows to reclaim DESOPADEC Ijaw commissioner in Delta

The people of Iduwini kingdom in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State have converged in Warri earlier today at the Okuemi Hotel in Uvwie Local Government Area to express their displeasure over the recent appointments in the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, DESOPADEC.
The people of Iduwini kingdom had vowed to reclaim the Ijaw DESOPADEC commissioner, saying “the appointment was an error that must be be corrected.
Meanwhile Iduwini kingdom had described the appointment of the DESOPADEC Ijaw commissioner as a slap on their face.
They had however vowed to use every available means to ensure that the commissioner appointment is revisited and Iduwini kingdom should be given the position.
It would be recalled that Iduwini kingdom in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta have critical oil and gas facilities.
They had however vowed not to take it lightly should Governor Okowa fails to reconsider his decision.
