Just-in: Court orders DSS to immediately release Ebizimor on bail 

A Delta State High Court sitting in Asaba in Suit No. A/M/98/2019 between Ebizimor Tamani vs DSS & Anor has ordered DSS to immediately release Ebizimor Tamani on bail forthwith pending the determination of the substantive suit.

The High Court order is coming on the heel of a fundamental right application Ebizimor filed through his lawyer, E. C. Alaowei, Esq., who prayed the Honourable Court among other reliefs for his immediate release from the DSS custody who detained him since on the 12th day of July, 2019 in Asaba, Delta State.
