Ayakoromo deserves a place in the present administration of Delta State
By Demebide Anthony
Psychologically, I have been entrapped over the past few weeks by the snares of being forgotten by the wholesaler in the political transactions of the state. With great concern and the most disturbing thought which is tearing me into parts, and which prickles my inaudible voice on the tide with its unmatched swirls of desire I therefore humbly wish to push for what we feel it’s necessary, and its utmost consideration by whom it concerns shall birth the desired political reward and smile.
Meanwhile, before I delve into hinting the subject- matter, I want to once again officially congratulate His Excellency, Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa on his landmark victory at the last gubernatorial election cum your successful inauguration as the executive governor of Delta state for the second time running.
I am concerned with the development of the state, most especially the riverine communities, Ayakoromo inclusive. I want to commend you, Your Excellency for your commitment to ensure that the Ayakoromo bridget project is completed and commissioned by your second administration as promised in the course of the electioneering campaigns.
The good and peace-loving people of Ayakoromo Ward 7 in Burutu LGA are active players, and have been delivering results for mandates of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) since inception. Your reign as the executive governor, and the process that fetched you in for the repeated time was also massively manned by the party-friendly people of Ayakoromo. One thing I will not forget to mention here is your developmental strides across the state cannot be underscored as the scorecard shows the truism of the title, “Ekueme” of Africa.
Moreover, giving you kudos on the delivery of the democratic dividends, taking prominence in infrastructure, human capital development, scholarships, and many other empowerment schemes, I will not also forget to mention that Ayakoromo Ward 7 deserves a place among the Delta ruling elites in term of appointment of party faithful into deserving positions which will cement the bid for sense of belonging as one big political family.
As the appointments flow across the breadth and length of the state, the ever loyal and dedicated party members of Ayakoromo are yet to see the ward on the pages of appointment.
Your Excellency, giving the above as the projectionist stand, I hereby submissively plead your understanding to also appreciate the contributions of Ayakoromo Ward 7 in Burutu LGA that jointly and legitimately brought you into power. With all delight, we anticipate your prompt response to the issue raised above.
